Hello Black Creek folks.
I apologize for the late timing of this notice, but things are moving
quickly!
I hope many of you have noticed that construction has begun on River
Gorge Drive, which will eventually go all the way up Black Creek
(Aetna) Mountain. I am really excited to at last be putting some lots
on the market! This first small section will open up less than 20
lots, but we will have more ready to go soon.
The main purpose of this e-mail is to let you know we will have a
small crew working on the project on Saturdays as well, as long as the
weather is conducive- which it will be this weekend.
I apologize for any disruption to your experience of the golf course,
but we are anxious to get our project on-line!
Please pass this along to everyone on your e-mail list that lives in
the Cummings Cove and Woodlands communities, or is a member of Black
Creek Club.
